What My Clients Say

Fitness is a lifestyle.

You can train for an event, to be better at a sport, or simply to look good on the beach. But if done correctly, it will change your life. With regular exercise and healthy choices, the benefits are endless.

TOM ROMANO Fitness clients have lost excess weight, increased their strength and muscle definition, eliminated the need for regular medications, conquered sleeping problems, battled depression, and the list goes on........

After 20 years of training, and too many trainers, you would think I would have seen it all,  but then I began training with Tom Romano and he immediately stood out as best in class. He was the trainer that helped me achieve my goals, he pushed me to my limits and beyond. He is a fantastic motivator.  Tom will challenge you, but he still maintains to keep our training sessions fun and engaging. I have been very impressed by his passion to help his clients, his expertise, and his ability to connect.

Most important to me is Tom’s knowledge of fitness, anatomy and general body health.  I have a shoulder injury and Tom was careful to work around the injury while continuing to strengthen the injured shoulder. The results were remarkable, under Tom’s fitness plan my shoulder is now stronger than ever and I am back enjoying full use of my arm.  Tom is truly invested in my success.   I cannot recommend him highly enough. Tom will unquestionably have a positive effect on the way you will look and feel.
